JSW Steel reports crude steel production of 14.48 LT in August

JSW Steel has reported Crude Steel production at 14.48 lakh tonnes (LT) for August 2018, registering a growth of 8% over corresponding month of previous year.

The production of rolled products (long) increased to 3.05 LT in August 2018 as compared to 2.78 LT in August 2017, representing a growth of 10%. The production of rolled products (flat) stood at 9.81 LT in August 2018 as compared to 9.79 LT in August 2017, representing a growth of 0.20%.

JSW Steel is one of the largest steel manufacturing companies in India having units in Karnataka and Maharashtra producing crude steel, long steel and flat steel products.
