Accordingly, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, the company enclosed herewith the unaudited financial results (Standalone) for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 along with the Limited Review Report by our Statutory Auditors thereupon.
