With reference to the news item titled I-T probes sale of ICICI Bank Building in heart of Mumbai to Videocon Group published in the newspaper- The Indian Express on September 8, 2018 on which have sought clarification, ICICI Bank has clarified that the Bank has not received any notice/communication from I-T Department in this regard and hence, cannot comment on the veracity of the news article.
