Vishnu Sugar Mills board to consider financial results
Date: 21-07-2012Vishnu Sugar Mills has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on July 30, 2012, to consider, and take on record the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2012, to approve and sign the profit & loss account and balance sheet for the year ended March 31, 2012 and to consider appropriation of profit and recommendation of dividend if any.
Further, the board will consider draft of director’s report for the year ended March 31, 2012, the notice of annual general meeting of the members of the company, to fix the date for holding the same and also will decide the dates for book closing.
