Eco Recycling board to consider issue of shares
Date: 21-07-2012Eco Recycling has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on July 30, 2012, to consider the issue of equity share on preferential basis as per the section 81 (1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 to M/s. Nippon Magnetic Dressing Co. Ltd, Japan.
Further, the board will consider and approve unaudited financial accounts for the quarter ended June 30, 2012, the notice of annual general meeting for the financial Year 2011-2012 and will fix the date of annual general meeting.
