ITC informs the issue and allotment of shares under ESOP
Date: 21-07-2012ITC has informed that the company on July 17, 2012 issued and allotted 35,04,790 ordinary shares of Rs. 1 each, upon exercise of 3,50,479 options by optionees under the company’s Employee Stock Option Schemes.
Consequently, with effect from July 17, 2012, the issued and subscribed share capital of the company stands increased to Rs. 783,30,63,000 divided into 783,30,63,000 ordinary shares of Rs. 1 each.
