Cochin Shipyard has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/10/2018 to consider the proposal for Buy Back of the fully paid-up equity shares of the Company. Pursuant to this the Company has decided that the close period (i.e, closure of trading window) under Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Dealing with the Securities of Cochin Shipyard would commence from 17:00 hrs on September 22, 2018 and end 48 hours after the outcome of Board Meeting made public on October 08, 2018.
