JSW Steel Ltd.

JSW Steel has been allotted land from Government of Odisha for the company proposed mega steel plant in the state. The allotted land to JSW Steel is about 2,900 acres. The government had received a proposal from JSW Steel in 2016 to set up a greenfield steel plant in Odisha.

JSW Steel is one of the largest steel manufacturing companies in India having units in Karnataka and Maharashtra producing crude steel, long steel and flat steel products.
