Idea Cellular allots equity shares under ESOS
Date: 24-07-2012Idea Cellular has informed that the ESOS compensation committee had at its meeting held on July 23, 2012, allotted 129,190 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to the option grantees, pursuant to the exercise of stock options granted under the company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006).
Further, post the said allotment, the equity share capital of the company stands increased to 3,309,880,074 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 3309,88,00,740.
