South India Projects has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 11th October, 2018 at the Corporate Office of the Company for allotment of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the ratio of 4:1 (i.e. four bonus equity share of Rs 10 each for every one equity share of Rs 10 each held by the shareholders as on Record date i.e. 10th October, 2018) and trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Connected/Designated Persons from Tuesday October 9th, 2018 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement is made available to public.
