Adani Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) -- Adani Agri Logistics (AALL) -- has incorporated a WOS namely, ‘Adani Agri Logistics (Darbhanga)’ (AALDL) on October 10, 2018. AALDL is yet to commence its business operations. AALDL is incorporated to develop, operate and maintain silos for storage of wheat at Darbhanga on DBFOO basis under PPP mode.

Adani Enterprises is an infrastructure company. The company is engaged in coal trading, coal mining, oil and gas exploration, ports, multimodal logistics, power generation and transmission, and gas distribution.
