ITC informs about allotment of shares
Date: 11-10-2018In terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ITC has informed that the Company on 10th October, 2018 issued and allotted 8,11,750 Ordinary Shares of Re 1 each, upon exercise of 81,175 Options by Optionees under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Schemes. Consequently, with effect from 10th October, 2018, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 12,24,27,26,511 divided into 12,24,27,26,511 Ordinary Shares of Re 1 each.
