Adani Enterprises gains on inking agreement with Total

Adani Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 159.50, up by 1.65 points or 1.05% from its previous closing of Rs. 157.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 160.20 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 161.65 and Rs. 158.50 respectively.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 236.70 on 29-Aug-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 101.05 on 02-Jul-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 161.65 and Rs. 135.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 17360.50 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.92%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 21.62% and 3.46% respectively.

Adani Enterprises and Total have signed an agreement to jointly develop multi-energy offerings to the Indian energy market. The diversified portfolio includes Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and Fuel Retail. This strategic partnership between Total and Adani Group will therefore allow to create a major footprint in LNG business.

The partnership has set a target of developing various regasification terminals including Dhamra LNG, on the East coast of India. Most essentially it would be a big stride towards India’s vision of achieving a healthier energy mix through promotion of LNG.

Adani Enterprises is an infrastructure company. The company is engaged in coal trading, coal mining, oil and gas exploration, ports, multimodal logistics, power generation and transmission, and gas distribution.
