HCL Technologies has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended June 30, 2012.

On standalone basis, the company has posted a rise of 70.84% in its net profit at Rs 658.75 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2012 as compared to Rs 385.59 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income has increased by 30.74% at Rs 2610.31 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 1996.48 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2011.

For the full year ended June 30, 2012 the company has posted a rise of 62.77% in its net profit at Rs 1950.42 crore as compared to Rs 1198.28 crore for the same period in the previous year. Total income has increased by 30.04% at Rs 9051.88 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 6960.75 crore for the period ended June 30, 2011.

For the full year ended June 30, 2012, on consolidated basis, the company has posted a rise of 47.14% in its net profit at Rs 2422.70 crore as compared to Rs 1646.51 crore for the same period in the previous year. Total income has increased by 31.23% at Rs 21037.05 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 16030.08 crore for the period ended June 30, 2011.
