NBCC rises on receiving LoA for redevelopment projects

NBCC (India) is currently trading at Rs. 53.45, up by 0.65 points or 1.23% from its previous closing of Rs. 52.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 54.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 54.50 and Rs. 52.50 respectively. So far 575672 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 145.88 on 08-Nov-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 51.65 on 11-Oct-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 59.30 and Rs. 52.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9666.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.75%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.42% and 11.83% respectively.

NBCC (India) has been issued Letter of Awards (LoA) for redevelopment of Ayur Vigyan Nagar Campus of AIIMS at New Delhi and redevelopment of Charbagh, Lucknow Railway Station and adjoining Land Parcels.

The first LoA is for construction of residential towers and commercial towers, social infrastructure buildings, external development works and allied works on design, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) basis for a total contract worth around Rs 837.77 crore to Girdhari Lal Constructions.

The second LoA is for development/re-development of Charbagh, Lucknow Railway Station and adjoining Land Parcels on design, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) basis for a total contract value of around Rs 538.76 to Ahluwalia Contracts (India).
