The in-depth study is based on a survey of senior executives (CIOs, CEOs, CFOs or their direct reports) from over 80 of the top IT spending organizations in Switzerland, who oversee over 300 unique IT services contracts.

Respondent scores were used to evaluate the top 18 IT service-providers in Switzerland on their performance, customer satisfaction levels and delivery quality.
