Date: 25-07-2012Ramco Systems has informed that the allotment committee of the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on July 24, 2012, has approved an allotment of 23,530 equity shares of Rs.10 each under Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS) by the employees of the company.
Consequent to this the paid up equity share capital has increased from 1,56,38,890 equity shares of Rs.10 each to 1,56,62,420 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
