JSW Steel Ltd.

JSW Steel has received an approval for the Scheme of Amalgamation, providing for the merger of its wholly owned subsidiaries, Dolvi Minerals and Metals, Dolvi Coke Projects, JSW Steel Processing Centres and JSW Steel (Salav) (Transferor Companies) with itself (Transferee Company). The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on October 25, 2018, has approved the same.

JSW Steel is one of the largest steel manufacturing companies in India having units in Karnataka and Maharashtra producing crude steel, long steel and flat steel products.
