Intellect Design Arena has informed that the Authorised Share Capital of the company has been increased from Rs 75 crores to Rs 87.40 crores through the Scheme of Amalgamation between Indigo TX Software and Laser Soft Infosystems with Intellect Design Arena. The effective date of the merger is 31st July, 2018 and the Office of the Registrar of Companies, Tamii Nadu, Chennai has updated the Authorised Share Capital in the Master data from Rs 75 crores to Rs 87.40 crores vide Clauses 11.2 and 11.3 of the Scheme of Amalgamation.
