Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation has informed that Government of India approved the re-appointment of Ajai Malhotra, S.B. Kedare and K M Padmanabhan, three Independent Directors of the Company, for a period of one year with effect from 20.11.2018.
