Educomp Solutions grants options under ESOP
Date: 27-07-2012Educomp Solutions has informed that remuneration committee of the company on July 27, 2012 has granted 26 Lacs stock options to the employees/director of the company/subsidiaries under ESOP Scheme 2012 at current market price to be converted in to one equity share of face value of Rs. 2 each on exercise of one option.Vesting conditions and exercise period of the stock options is as decided by the remuneration committee as per the terms and conditions of the ESOP Scheme 2012.
