Date: 27-07-2012Supreme Industries has informed that the register of members & share transfer books of the company will remain closed from September 10, 2012 to September 17, 2012 for the purpose of payment of final dividend. The dividend when sanctioned will be payable to those equity shareholders, whose names stand on the register of members on the close of September 17, 2012.
