Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Sun Pharma Global FZE -- has agreed to acquire 100% shares of Pola Pharma Inc., Japan, subject to completion of closing conditions, by way of cash consideration of 100 million Japanese Yen (around $1 million). This acquisition would give commercial presence in the dermatology segment in Japan.
