Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.

Pursuant to the scheme of amalgamation approved by the Hyderabad Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal vide its order dated 23rd October 2018, Maruti Suzuki India has informed that the Registrar and Transfer Agent (‘RTA’) of the company, that is, Karvy Computershare has amalgamated with ‘Karvy Fintech’ with effect from 17th November, 2018. Consequently ‘Karvy Fintech’ shall be the RTA of the company.
