Nestle India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today declared third interim dividend of Rs 50 per equity share for the year 2018 on the entire issued, subscribed and paid up share capital of the Company of 9,64,15,716 equity shares of the nominal value of Rs 10 each. The third interim dividend for 2018 will be paid on and from 21st December, 2018 to those members, whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company and as beneficial owners in the Depositories, determined with reference to the Record Date of 13th December, 2018.
