Zensar Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 232.80, up by 6.05 points or 2.67% from its previous closing of Rs. 226.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 225.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 233.00 and Rs. 225.00 respectively. So far 150420 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 352.40 on 07-Sep-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 145.98 on 16-Feb-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 239.40 and Rs. 222.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5103.87 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 48.86%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 19.41% and 31.73% respectively.

Zensar Technologies has been selected by European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) as their partner for Infrastructure and Network services. The future of work and the impact of digitization on developing economies is a key area of interest for EBRD and as part of a major refresh of its own technology, it has been looking for partners who are knowledgeable, experienced and reliable in their provision of IT services.

With an initial three-year contract and an option to extend the relationship is the first major technology partnership for EBRD and shall improve all aspects of the Bank's infrastructure and networks.
