Shriram Transport Finance has raised funds aggregating to Rs 660 crore on private placement basis through allotment of 6600 Rated, Unsecured, Subordinated, Taxable Non-Convertible debentures (NCD) of face value of Rs 10 lakh each.

The Allotment Committee - NCDs of the company at its meeting held on December 12, 2018 has approved the same.

Shriram Transport Finance Company is a flagship company of the Chennai-based Shriram group and is classified as deposit taking Asset Financing NBFC.
