Sonata Software’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Sonata Software North America, Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement with Sopris Systems, LLC and its shareholders to acquire 100% stake in Sopris Systems, LLC. The acquisition will help the company to grow its presence in the United States. It will enhance Sonata’s capabilities in Microsoft 365 Stack. The cost of acquisition is $7 million.
