Alchemist acquires entire equity stake in Alchemist Infrastructures
Date: 10-08-2011Alchemist has acquired 100% equity stake in Alchemist Infrastructures. Consequently, Alchemist Infrastructures became wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
Alchemist is engaged in the business of steel, floriculture, pharma, information technology, food processing and international business. The company is part of Rs 2000 crore Alchemist group.
