With regard to the minority investment made by the company during 2015 in CloudEndure (www.cloudendure.com), Infosys has informed that the company has, on December 14th, 2018, signed an agreement to divest its shares in CloudEndure for a total consideration of approximately $15.3 million, subject to necessary conditions.
