Ushdev International board will consider financial results
Date: 31-07-2012Ushdev International has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on July 31, 2012, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2012 along with limited review report submitted by the statutory auditors of the company. At the said meeting the board shall also consider the issue of equity shares of the company on preferential basis.
