Tata Global Beverages’ joint venture (JV) -- Tata Starbucks is reportedly aiming to open more than 25 stores in 2019 across metros. Tata Starbucks has posted Rs 272 crore in sales during FY17 and increased sales by 28% in FY18.

Tata Starbucks is a 50:50 joint venture company, owned by Tata Global Beverages and Starbucks. Tata Global Beverages is a global beverage business with a brand presence in over 40 countries. The company has significant interests in tea, coffee and water and is the world’s second largest tea company.
