Date: 20-12-2018Mahindra Intertrade (MIL), a wholly owned Subsidiary of Mahindra Vehicle Manufacturers (MVML) which is in turn a wholly owned subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has incorporated ‘PT Mahindra Accelo Steel Indonesia’ (PTMASI). The incorporated company has become a subsidiary of MIL and in turn of MVML and of the Company with effect from December 19, 2018.
M&M is the flagship company of the Mahindra Group, a multinational conglomerate based in Mumbai, India. Amongst the various business interests of its parent group, the company is mainly involved in the automobile manufacturing. It is one of the leading auto companies of India.
