In furtherance to letter dated November 30, 2018 regarding intimation of Banking and Finance Committee Meetings for raising Funds, Shriram Transport Finance Company has informed that the Allotment Committee - NCDs of the company in its meeting held on December 20, 2018 approved and allotted Rated Listed Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) of face value of Rs 10,00,000 on private placement basis, The details of the said allotments is mentioned in Annexure A.
