Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, KPIT Technologies has informed that the Mumbai Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal vide its order dated November 29, 2018 has approved the Composite Scheme of Arrangement amongst Birlasoft (India) and KPIT Technologies and KPIT Engineering and their respective shareholders under sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (‘Scheme’). The order was received by the company on December 18, 2018. The Scheme with the Appointed Date of January 1, 2019 will be effective upon filing the certified true copy of the order with the Registrar of Companies.
