Ansal Buildwell board to consider financial results
Date: 01-08-2012Ansal Buildwell has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on August 13, 2012, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2012 and the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2012.
Further, the board will recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2012 and will approve the date of convening the annual general meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2012.
