TCS has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 10, 2019, to approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2018 (Q3); to approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries under Ind AS for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2018; and to consider declaration of a Third Interim Dividend to the equity shareholders. Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its designated persons regarding closure of the Trading Window for trading in the Companys equity shares from December 24,2018 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.
