Vakrangee has informed about that the Nomination and Remuneration and Compensation Committee on January 03, 2019 has approved and granted 2,46,600 number of options to eligible employees of the Company at a price of Rs 18.025 per option under its Vakrangee Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014 (ESOP Scheme 2014). The aforesaid grant of options and the pricing formula is in accordance with ESOP Scheme 2014 of the Company.
