Speciality Restaurants reports marginal rise in Q1 net profit

Speciality Restaurants has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2012.

The company has reported a marginal rise of 0.64% in its net profit at Rs 6.28 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 6.24 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The total income from operation of the company has increased by 12.35% at Rs 52.59 crore for Q1FY13 as compared Rs 46.81 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

Speciality Restaurants focuses on providing the guests an affordable fine dining experience with quality food and service in a modern ambience. The company’s restaurants consist of different restaurant concepts and are located across India, particularly in the western region. Its flagship brand is Mainland China which serves Chinese cuisine in a standalone fine dining setting.
