Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, read with Circular No. NSDL/SG/015/99 dated 15th April, 1999 of National Securities Depository Limited, ITC has informed about the details of the shares dematerialized and rematerialized by the company during the month of December 2018 in the enclosed Annexures A and S respectively. Further, the company confirms that the share certificates in respect of the shares dematerialized have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the Depository has been substituted in company’s records as the registered owner within the stipulated period of time.
