NELCO has informed that 441st meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 24th January 2019 to consider and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended 31st December 2018. As required under Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it also submitted newspapers clipping of the Notice published in Business Standard (English) and Sakal (Marathi) newspapers on 10th January 2019.
