With reference to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Uniform Listing Agreement entered into with the stock exchanges by the Company, R Systems International has informed that the Company has completed the last quarter of its financial year on December 31, 2018 and shall submit the audited financial results in respect of the last quarter along-with the results for the entire financial year, within a period of sixty days from the end of the last quarter of the financial year i.e. on or before February 28, 2019.
