Date: 14-01-2019Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL) to manufacture the industry-made Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV).
The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has initiated an action plan to get the PSLV production ready through industry, with the Government clearing the proposal.
