In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), Bharti Airtel has informed that on the recommendation of HR and Nomination Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company has, subject to the approval of members, approved the re-appointment of V.K. Viswanathan as an Independent Director for a further term of five years i.e. from January 14, 2019 to January 13, 2024. The details as required to be disclosed under aforesaid Regulation 30 read with clause 7 of Para A of Annexure I of SEBI Circular dated September 9, 2015, are enclosed as Annexure A.
