Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mahindra & Mahindra has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 7th - 8th February, 2019, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter ended 31st December, 2018 (UFR). The UFR will be considered by the Board on 8th February, 2019. In terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company, the Trading Window has been closed from 10th January, 2019 to 10th February, 2019.
