Britannia Industries has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 7th February, 2019, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2018. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from 15th January, 2019 to till 48 hours after Unaudited Financial Results are made public. During this period, none of the Directors/Designated Employees, other persons having access to the Price Sensitive Information and their dependents, shall deal in the securities of the Company as per Britannia Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders and Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosures of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.
