Date: 16-01-2019Automobili Pininfarina GmbH (APF), a wholly owned subsidiary of Mahindra Automotive Mauritius (MAML) which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has acquired 100% of the membership interests in Harkey Acquisition, LLC, USA. Pursuant to the above, Harkey has become a wholly owned subsidiary of APF and in turn of MAML and of the Company with effect from January 15, 2019.
M&M is the flagship company of the Mahindra Group, a multinational conglomerate based in Mumbai, India. Amongst the various business interests of its parent group, the company is mainly involved in the automobile manufacturing. It is one of the leading auto companies of India.
