Mastek has informed that at a meeting of Stakeholder Relationship Committee (SRC) of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on January 16, 2019, has approved and allotted 59,498 Equity Shares of Rs 5 each (Face Value) to the eligible Employees who had exercised their vested options under the company's Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOP). The said equity shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the company in all respects. Resultantly, the paid up share capital of the company stands increased to 2,39,42,561 Equity Shares amounting in aggregate to Rs 11,97,12,805.
