Accel Frontline to acquire Ushus Technologies from Accel Transmatic

Accel Frontline, a leading IT service company, has entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Accel  Transmatic  for acquiring Ushus Technologies. Ushus Technologies is the software service division of Accel Transmatic and is a 100% export oriented software Service Company, specializing in embedded software for imaging, multimedia and networking domains. It also has its international offices in California and Tokyo.
