In terms of Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Power Grid Corporation of India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on Thursday, 31st January, 2019 to consider and approve amongst other items of Agenda, the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the Quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018 after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee. Further, the Trading Window of the company will remain closed from 21st January, 2019 to 4th February, 2019 and will open on 5th February, 2019.
